Bottled at the same 114 proof the spirit holds when it first enters the barrel, the Weller Full Proof honors the wheated bourbon legend while satisfying non-chill filtered whiskey enthusiasts. Without chill filtration, the bourbon maintains all the natural oils and flavors of the distillation and aging process. Since it’s released only once a year in limited quantities, few ever have the opportunity to purchase this sought after high proof wheater. Many distilleries have tried to replicate it, but no company can copy the buttery, sweet, oaky richness of the Weller Full Proof of the Van Winkle line in the Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.
