Named after the renowned distiller, Parker Beam, Parker’s Heritage is the 14th edition in the series from Heaven Hill. A fine blend of mash bill, including 12% malted barley, 10% rye and 78% corn, it’s a spirit of 102 barrels charred for 90 seconds to make a level 5 char. Unsurprisingly, Parker’s Heritage is full of char smoke, sweet vanilla, milk chocolate and cooked grains aromatics.
