While enthusiasts were pleased with Jack Daniels Single Barrel release in 2016, we were all awaiting a higher proofpoint release, and then they hit us with a Barrel Proof to rival all high proof ryes. Having aged in the highest levels of the rickhouse and undergone Jack Daniel’s charcoal mellowing process, we experience an intense, thick, creamy mouthfeel. This uncut full proof rye is only released once a year and definitely worth seeking out.
