This American single malt is inspired by the popular single malt whiskies of Scotland and made from the copper pot stills in Utah’s Wasatch Mountains. Typical of the High West style, this robust malt is distilled “on-the-grain,” leaving in the grain during fermentation and distillation. Take it neat with a few drops of water, overlooking a gorgeous vista.
