A blended whisky made at the Japanese company Suntory, Hibiki 12 Year is a blend of single malts from Hakushu and Yamazaki. The grain whisky from Chita distillery is made to start aging in a previously used bourbon barrels, then transferred to plum liqueur barrels to mature. Considering that it was discontinued in 2015, a bottle of Hibiki 12 Year has become rare than ever.
