Description

Colonel E. H. Taylor Warehouse C is a work of technical genius. True whiskey enthusiasts understand, excellence is in these details. Half of these barrels were aged on the second floor of Taylor’s famed 136-year-old warehouse C, where the racks are tight and the floor is dry, ideal for 10-15-year-old products. The other half are aged on the fifth floor, with ample sunlight and airflow, opening up different flavors with varying temperatures and circulating fresh air. These precise locations combine for a world renowned flavor combination: a nose of cherry cobbler and rum, a palate of cherry cola and toasted oak, and lingering finish of spearmint, coffee, and anise. Snatch it if you can, its limited one-time release in June 2021 makes this wonder nearly impossible to find.
