Showcasing Taylors innovative spirit, the Colonel E. H. Taylor Amaranth Grain of the Gods uses the unique ancient grain of Amaranth, originally cultivated by the Aztecs. It’s similar to wheat but it brings out flavors ranging from butterscotch and spearmint in the nose and pecans and dark berries in the finish. The first and only of its kind, released in a one-time-only small batch back in 2019, the Amaranth is a gem to be enjoyed.
