Sazerac’s Caribou Crossing was crafted to renvison Canadian whisky, typically a blend of corn, barley and rye whiskies distilled and matured separately. As the first single-barrel Canadian whiskey since the 1800s, it was aged in oak barrels hand-picked by Master Blender Drew Mayville from a selection of over 200,000 barrels. The Caribou Crossing Single Barrel Canadian Whiskey is distilled in Canada, then bottled twice a year at the Buffalo Trace Distillery in Kentucky. From it’s unforgettable flavors of carmel, oak, cedar, and citrus, taste the new age of Canadian whiskey.
